Recipe for beef porridge(LOL?!)

This is basically a reminder ish thing for me... HAHA!

So basic ingredients needed are:

Rice (4 cups)
3 big onions (finely chopped)
5 parts of a garlic (finely chopped)
A petal of an ani seed (bunga lawang)
3 cloves (cengkih)
Half a cinnamon stick
Salt (to taste(eg. 3/4 of a spoon)
Oil (1/2 cup)
1 kg of ground beef(or finely cut beef)
5 cups of water
2 potatoes(finely diced)

Instructions...:

1) Firstly cook the rice but add a little more water than usual since it is porridge we are cooking. Cook the rice on the stove and switch off the fire when all the water is boiled away and set it aside.

2)While waiting for the rice to cook, heat up the oil in a pot. Then add in all the garlic, onion, the cloves, the cinnamon and the ani seed. Fry till the onions brown a little bit and you smell a nice aroma.

3) Add the beef and salt and sauter(meaning: fry) till it browns and add the 4 cups of water. Let it simmer till there is only 2 cups of water left. Be sure to stir it every 5 minutes with a medium fire.

4) Then add the rice into the pot. Add the remaining one cup of rice into the pot where the rice was cooked in and stir off all the remaining rice and add to the pot in the porridge. Add the potatoes.

5) Stir until the water is all gone for every 5 minutes. And we're done!:D

HAHA! i love this! i'm mad about it! i love it with fried anchovies. Hope i dont forget how to cook it haha! Gtg... wanna go watch a gurls world... am i kiddish or what?!
